Transforming Garden Island into $20bn Sydney Harbour Playground

The Daily Telegraph writes about the vision Habit8 has to turn the navy base at Garden Island into a $20-billion urban renewal development that would consist of residential apartments, marina, cruise ship terminal, navy museum, and generous open space. The development would transform the area.
